How I can support you

I work with individuals who are experiencing burnout and emotional exhaustion, anxiety and persistent overthinking, work-related pressure and stress, life transitions and feeling stuck, and difficulties in relationships or personal boundaries.

Many of my clients are used to coping alone, but over time the pressure builds and begins to affect their confidence, wellbeing, and sense of balance.

If you recognise yourself feeling in any of these positions, you don’t have to continue managing it alone, I am here to support you feel like yourself again.

My approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in empathy. I offer a non-judgemental space where you can speak openly about what is on your mind, without pressure, without expectation, and without fear of being misunderstood.

I take a holistic and integrative approach to counselling, creating a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to you. Together, we can explore what feels most helpful, whether that’s understanding patterns, processing emotions, or finding practical ways to manage everyday challenges. Our work can be both reflective and practical, helping you feel more grounded, clear, and in control in your day-to-day life.
