Therapy offers a space to step out of that cycle, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and begin to feel more grounded, clear, and in control again.

How I can support you

I work with individuals who are experiencing burnout and emotional exhaustion, anxiety and persistent overthinking, work-related pressure and stress, life transitions and feeling stuck, and difficulties in relationships or personal boundaries.

Many of my clients are used to coping alone, but over time the pressure builds and begins to affect their confidence, wellbeing, and sense of balance.

My approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in empathy. I offer a non-judgemental space where you can speak openly about what is on your mind, without pressure, without expectation, and without fear of being misunderstood.

Person-centred

You are always at the centre of the process. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to support you in exploring your thoughts and experiences safely and at your own pace.

Practical and reflective

I integrate CBT-informed techniques to help you recognise patterns and manage anxiety, alongside existential therapy to explore identity, meaning, and navigating change.

You do not have to carry everything on your own.​
