How I can support you
I work with individuals who are experiencing burnout and emotional exhaustion, anxiety and persistent overthinking, work-related pressure and stress, life transitions and feeling stuck, and difficulties in relationships or personal boundaries.
Many of my clients are used to coping alone, but over time the pressure builds and begins to affect their confidence, wellbeing, and sense of balance.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in empathy. I offer a non-judgemental space where you can speak openly about what is on your mind, without pressure, without expectation, and without fear of being misunderstood.
